Terms for using our website
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Who we are
These terms cover your use of hypertempo.io. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
HyperTempo is run by George Woodman, trading as HyperTempo, Cherry Wood Lodge, Burtle, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA7 8NF, United Kingdom. "We" in these terms means him. You can contact us at [email protected].
These terms cover the website only. The HyperTempo app will have its own terms when it launches. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Using the site
The site is free to use. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we may change, pause or remove it at any time without notice.
When you use the site, please don't:
- break the law, or help anyone else to
- sign up with someone else's email address, or with false details
- send spam or automated signups, or try to get round our spam protection
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, its server or the services it uses
- upload or send anything harmful, such as viruses
- copy large parts of the site, or scrape it, without our permission
We may remove signups or block access to anyone who breaks these terms.
The beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free, and it doesn't commit you to anything. It also doesn't guarantee you a place in the beta. We may invite people in stages, and we choose who to invite and when.
We'll do our best to open the beta when we say, but dates can change. Features shown on the site describe what we're building, and the finished app may differ.
The prices on the site are what we plan to charge at launch. They're there to help you decide whether HyperTempo is for you, not an offer you can accept on the site. You'll see the final price, and agree to the app's own terms, before you pay for anything.
You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any of our emails or emailing [email protected].
Training information
Anything on the site about training, recovery or injuries is general information. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't tailored to you.
Check with a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training programme, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or haven't trained for a while. Stop and get advice if anything hurts or feels wrong.
Our content
The site's text, design, images, logos and the HyperTempo name belong to us or the people who license them to us. You can view the site, print pages and share links for your own personal use. Anything else, such as reusing our content or branding, needs our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, such as our social media, we have no control over them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility to you
The site is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
We aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, or from relying on anything on it, unless the law says we are. As the site is free and for personal use, we aren't responsible for any business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. It doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer either.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, where you can also use your local courts.
